Borscht has only a few ingredients and some of them are on the American most hated foods list: beets, cabbage and V8 (or tomato juice). And yet it’s so delicious.

    maybe if you threw in a sausage or 2 … well maybe i’d taste it. I’ll eat beets and I’ll eat cabbage and I’ll drink tomato juice but the combo just sounds yucky.

    It’s actually not bad. Some people do put meat in it,I like mine vegetarian. Stop by and have a bowl :-)
