So I was watching my new favorite show Talk Sex with Sue Johanson on the Oxygen Channel the other day before I fell asleep. Usually I set a sleep timer on my TV so it shuts off in 30 min but I guess it didn’t happen and I woke up about 2 AM when the same channel was running an infomercial selling a vibrator. I glanced at the TV in disbelief and fell back asleep. I can point out several ways to spice up a vibrator infomercial. They should learn from Ron Popeil who actually uses his products not just turns them around in his hands. A commercial showcasing vibrator in action would have kept me awake.
The question remains: was it for real or was I dreaming? I know, I am a single guy and dreams like that happen, but it was too real. Do they really sell sex toys on cable TV while people are too busy chasing Priscilla’s out of their neighborhoods?

I’ve never seen a sex toy peddled on cable, unless it was featured on a talk show (like Liberator).

woke up in the middle of the night when I was around 7. The captain from the Ghost and Mrs Muir ( a popular TV show at the time) was standing at the foot of my bed. Scared the Beejesus out of me. Seemed real at the time, in hindsight Im guessing it was a dream. That old lady waving around vibrators and giving detailed descriptions about sex is enough to give anyone nightmares.

A strong argument can be made that you are not helping your single guy status by admitting that your favorite show is on the Oxygen Channel.

nope no dream. ive seen it too. i think the website it was advertising was like erotictoys.com or something. i thought it was actually a show of oxygen but it dosent show up on the program schedule.

Dude, the Oxygen channel is kind of gay (not that there’s anything wrong with that)!
