Singing With the Russian Accent

April 12th, 2008 · 6 Comments

Local band Nut Hatch 47 will be performing at the Riot Room in Westport on April 24. Of course thinking that foreign accents are neat is one of the things that white people like (although yet to be featured in a separate post). For now, you can say to the person next to you “do you hear how he confuses “v’s” ans “w’s”, this is so cool”. Readers of this blog will be able to use all the “Behind the Iron Curtain” trivia to dazzle or even acquire a date. Good luck with that.

Not bad, that stuff could grow on me. I think the accent works really well with the lyrics.

If the Riot Room stays open they have a favorite of mine in July.

The Accordion is making a big come-back, I tell ya! Chicks dig a guy that can work a squeeze-box.

I always felt sorry for my classmates lagging these things, but I do like a good accordion solo.
