Noticed this sign at a restaurant today. “Sexual misconduct under Missouri Law can involve anything from indecent exposure to engaging in sexual activity in a public place or touching someone in a sexual manner while someone else is present”. The last part confused me: touching someone in a sexual manner while someone else is present is considered sexual misconduct, but is it OK when no one else is present? I am not asking for myself, it’s The D who wants to know . I know many lawyers who read this blog should be able to help him out. His dating life is on hold until this statement is clarified.

That head on the sign is peeking through its hand, whats up with that? Mouth is open, and really round. That dont come from eatin cheerio’s.
That restaurant seems like a downer. I’d totally not go there if I saw a sign like that in the window. Losers! (Oh, and I’m anti-PDA, for the record. I just don’t understand getting all self-righteous about it with a sign like that.)
This was at Harold’s on Independence Ave., one of the best cheap hamburger joints. It’s run by 3 friendly lesbians.
