Some of you may remember my previous posts about Las Tortugas – a restaurant that serves huge, cheap and delicious Mexican Torta sandwiches. Someone ( I am not naming any names here) even doubted that I sized the sandwich up correctly.

I don’t know about women and their sizing skills, but a man never overestimates his sandwich. That’s just too important.

Yeah, I’d say a nine-inch sandwich is just about the right size.
My husband and I ate there yesterday after watching Tony Bourdain devour one on No Reservations. We Googled tortas in Kansas City and it led us to your review of Las Tortugas! We ordered three, all de-lish! It was enough food for lunch and dinner, not just for the two of us but for our three children as well!!!
