I used to smoke, just like I used to be not too fat or grumpy or whatever else. I quit long time ago, became fat and grumpy and whatever else. My reasons for quitting were simple: my daughter was on the way and my workplace banned indoor smoking when outside temperature was below zero. I don’t feel much difference after quitting and huge piles of money saved on cigarettes are yet to materialize. I guess the reason for that is that I quit 12 years ago when cigarettes were cheap. I would be a lot richer if I’d quit now. Timing is everything…
Noticed this price tag at some store on Michigan Ave. in Chicago.

I don’t think I’ve seen cigs for quite that much money. Just another reason to be glad not to smoke. And, I poached the pic.
