Corporations penning their own laws is a time honored tradition. Staples uses an unorthodox method though, the billboard.
Typically a corporation will just purchase a pasel of Congressman and Senators to do it for them. Right Fannie and Freddie? Shearson? Lehman?
If you run red lights while going 60 MPH you really aren’t in the intersection that long . . .
