		<description>Corporations penning their own laws is a time honored tradition.   Staples uses an unorthodox method though, the billboard.

Typically a corporation will just purchase a pasel of Congressman and Senators to do it for them.  Right Fannie and Freddie?  Shearson?  Lehman?</description>
