In keeping with the recent European theme I am posting this clip from the Broadway Show Legally Blonde which I enjoyed during my trip to New York City.
In the clip the discussion centers on a certain witness, who may be gay or European or both.

This comment is completely o/t, but last night I saw “Everything’s Illuminated”..I think it was on Encore. A great movie. Surely you’ve seen it?

Travel, you won’t believe it but I just rented this movie from blockbuster again,after seeing a part of it on TV again. I saw it when it came out and thought it was one of the best I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately for you, the Russian conversation cannot be properly and fully translated, so I enjoyed it even more because I understood. Also some filming was done in my city and I recognized the landscape. I got the book too but didn’t like it and couldn’t finish it.

I LOVE this musical. I’ve had bits of the soundtrack on my mp3 player for months. It just cracks me up.
