Looking forward to the taco-triplets!
Guadalajara will not get return business from me tho. Went over lunch with 2 friends/coworkers and was all around "meh". Final straw tho was I think my buddy's chicken quesadilla was instead made with canned tuna.

I second the suggestion on Guadalajara Cafe. I haven't eaten there in a while, but back when I did, it was with an authentic Mexican who swore the food was the best he'd had outside his father's kitchen. (His dad was a chef in Mexico City.) They really do have delicious food.

Sounds and looks great. I'm going. Can hardly wait. Thanks for the tip.

btw, when in South part of the city, if you haven't been to Guadalajara Cafe at 103rd & State Line (on the Missouri side, to the left, when heading South), by all means, GO! Outstanding, truly authtentic Mexican food--straight from Guadalajara. I'm not family or friend of the owners. I just found it, through friends. GREAT STUFF. all dinner meals are either $7.95 or, at worst, $14.95 and everything is excellent. It's not that indistiguishable-from-every-other-Mexican-American-restaurant (on SW Blvd.), either. GO. You'll love it.
