I’m sure some old codger in that meeting is thinking, “Before we had these new-fangled fans, government meetings were brief and to the point. But now that it’s so darn cool and comfortable in here even on the hottest of July evenings, people yabber on and on.”

And in the middle in the black suit with the fedora… Frank Sinatra
And they both used to beat up the kid on the right side in the sailor suit
