I really don’t have much to say about the Constitution Day which was celebrated i the USSR on October 7th, it was just another day off. While fake celebrations died down shortly after its adoption in 1977, the day off was observed all the way through the end of the USSR (and maybe after, I just don’t know).
I captioned a few posters for your enjoyment, additional posters and originals can be found here.

They sure liked the color red…. oh wait…. nevermind.
does the translation make those slogans dry and awkward sounding, or was it just as dry in russian? It seems like most languages don’t translate well in english.
“endlessly stoke the military psychosis” i like that – it sounds like henry rollins
slogans probably sound like this anyway, some of these were rhymed but I didn’t feel like literary translation was needed
